We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This guarantee applies to both one-time payment courses and subscription-based courses.

The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, not the date you first access the course. For subscription-based courses, the 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. Subsequent subscription renewals are not covered by this guarantee, though you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, you must submit your refund request within the 30-day window. Requests submitted after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed to be approved.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Ineligible Refund Requests

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply); after you have completed more than 80% of the course content, as this indicates substantial consumption of the educational material; if you have violated our Terms of Service, including sharing course materials with unauthorized users or attempting to download or distribute course content; for subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period (though you may cancel to prevent future charges); or if you have previously received a refund for the same course and are attempting to re-purchase and refund again.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of this policy or our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Upon approval of your refund, your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to access course content, download materials, or receive course updates. Any certificates of completion issued will be invalidated.

5. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based courses, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period.

When you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to course materials through the end of your current billing period. After that date, your access will be revoked, and you will no longer be charged. If you wish to resume your subscription later, you may re-enroll at the then-current price.

6. Partial Refunds and Course Bundles

We do not offer partial refunds for individual modules or lessons within a course. Refunds are issued for the entire course purchase only. Generally, if you have substantially consumed content from any course in the bundle, the entire bundle may be ineligible for refund.

If you purchased courses during a promotional period or using a discount code, your refund will be for the amount you actually paid, not the regular course price.

7. Technical Issues and Course Access

In most cases, we can resolve technical issues quickly. Common issues include browser compatibility problems, login difficulties, or video playback errors, all of which our support team can typically address.

If we are unable to resolve technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-7 business days), you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of how much time has passed since purchase.

8. Refund Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We monitor refund patterns to prevent abuse of our refund policy. Patterns that may indicate abuse include repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same course, completing most or all of a course before requesting a refund, or sharing course materials with others before requesting a refund.

If we determine that you have abused our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny current and future refund requests, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue legal action if appropriate. We may also report fraudulent activity to payment processors and law enforcement authorities.
